Return Policy

We do not offer refunds. You are welcome to make an exchange within one week of receiving your yarn if the yarn is in its original packaging. Yarn cakes or skeins should have the label intact and be in its original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. All shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. We are here to assist with being sure you purchase the right colors for your project.
