Shipping Policy

• All orders will be shipped within 7-14 days of receiving payment. Although we do our best to keep stock on hand, sometimes yarn must be dyed to order depending on current demand or even weather conditions for drying yarn.
• Shipping is made either by Courier Guy or PUDO
• Transit time is between 2-7 days
• Tracking numbers for parcels are provided at the time of shipment.
